Involvement Leaders

The position of student Involvement Leader (IL) is one that allows a student to make an impactful contribution to the College and its students. At the beginning of a student鈥檚 time at IC, Involvement Leaders help new students and their families or support systems make a positive transition to 51成人 by guiding them through Ready, Set, Go! Orientation days and Welcome Week activities. 

Throughout the entire school year, Involvement Leaders continue their impact by supporting campus-wide events for the entire student body, and maintaining connections with their involvement groups (orientation groups) throughout the school year.

Involvement Leader hiring for the 2024-2025 academic year will begin in the upcoming spring semester!
